Jacob Sutton passed away in a Tallahassee, FL. hospital on Tuesday.
ALBANY, GA -- Georgia State Troopers said Jacob Sutton, 15, has passed away after suffering injuries in a tractor accident that occurred on May 31, 2011.
The teen was driving a tractor near his family's business in Colquitt County when he was struck by a pick-up truck. Following the accident, Sutton was air-lifted to a Tallahassee, Florida hospital.
William Lindsay, 73, was behind the wheel of the truck when the accident happened.
Troopers said all charges are pending and will be turned over to the District Attorney's Office.
So far, their is no word on burial arrangements for the teen.
