TIFTON, GA -- The Georgia State Patrol (GSP) in Tifton is working on a case where a Tifton man was hit by a train this morning. A trooper was called to the crash on Duggan at 2 a.m.

GSP officials say the pedestrian was walking too close to the tracks when he was knocked clear of the train as it passed by. They say he was injured but it was not life threatening.
