Omega Psi Phi Fraternity raises money for youths

ALBANY, GA -- The Eta Omicron Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity almost packed out Albany State University's ACAD Auditorium on Sunday. The group held a spring concert in part to celebrate their century long legacy and provide a ticket to college for students.

"The proceeds from this concert will help us send five young people to college," said Omega Psi Phi Spokesperson W. Frank Wilson.

Several groups from the Monroe and Albany areas performed during the event, but the featured musical group was Florida A&M University's (FAMU) choir.
