ALBANY, GA -- Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon for a 19 month-old girl who was beaten to death earlier this week. Dozens of people attended the service at Trinity Metropolitan Baptist Church.
Police say 28-year-old Keith Evans beat Janaysia Stevenson to death. Evans is the boyfriend of Chaitha Stevenson, the toddler’s mother. Both have been charged with murder.
