ALBANY, GA. -- Albany police make an arrest in the murder of a Lee County man found floating in the Flint River almost two weeks ago.  Police say the 20-year-old Kasaem Toomer has confessed to killing 19-year-old Justin Cox during a fight.  Roomer is charged with murder, motor vehicle theft, and arson.  Police say Toomer claims he and Cox were friends, but they got into an argument October 3rd at the Turner Field Landing Docks.  Investigators say Toomer told them the argument turned into a fight and he killed Cox. Two Turner Job Corps students found Cox's body October 4th while they were fishing.  A preliminary autopsy shows Cox died from blunt force trauma to the head.  Lorenzo Williams, who is a person of interest in the case is also being questioned.
