ALBANY -- Albany police are looking for a man who burst into an Albany apartment and wounded a teenager.
Investigators say several people were inside a unit at Nottingham North Apartments playing cards Sunday night when the man broke down the door and started shooting.
19-year-old Vashawn Mannings was hit in the leg. He was taken to Phoebe Putney.
The gunman ran away. Witnesses say the shooter is a black man and had on black clothing.
