ALBANY, GA -- Albany Technical College gave its students the chance to meet with businesses Friday.
Large and small businesses took part in the Career Fair at Albany Tech. About 50 businesses took part in the career fair, exposing students to a wide variety of available jobs.
Career Service Director Judy Jimmerson says the event gives students the chance to network with businesses. “They’re leaving resumes with employers and actually having interviews on the spot today so it’s going well,” says Jimmerson.
Students say the Career Fair opens their eyes to new possibilities and careers.
