Miller-Coors volunteers post warnings on storm drains

ALBANY, GA -- Keep Albany-Dougherty Beautiful teamed with the folks at Miller-Coors to help keep the local water supply clean.

Thirty volunteers from Miller-Coors spent the afternoon attaching about 100 warning markers in the area around Lake Chehaw.

"Anything that goes down into those catch basins goes directly untreated into the Flint River so all we want down there is rainwater," said Judy Bowles of Keep Albany-Dougherty Beautiful.

Miller-Coors has paid for 10,000 drain warning markers since 2006.
