ALBANY, GA. -- The son of Ray Charles came to Albany Friday night.
 
Ray Charles Robinson Jr. spoke to a crowd at the Albany Municipal Auditorium.
 
He came to town to promote his new book, titled You Don't Know Me Reflections of my Father, Ray Charles.
 
Ray Charles Sr. was born in Albany in 1930.
