Multiple law enforcement agencies took part in “Operation Apprehension” Tuesday, a sweep through Dougherty County to locate probation violators.

Law enforcement picked up 21 offenders after attempting to serve over 150 arrest warrants. Police say two teams were assigned to each district of the city and county, and the mission was more successful than previous attempts. There are over 5,000 people on probation in Dougherty County.  People are still trying to locate many of them.
