Culbert gets his dogs back
As we reporter a couple of weeks ago 21 dogs were seized from Carey Culbert’s property on suspicion of dog fighting charges.
Since then the Albany Police Department dropped all charged against Culbert.
Culbert has a court date next Thursday on related charged referencing the living conditions of his dogs.
The Humane Society came up with an agreement with Culbert releasing the dogs back into his possession if he agrees to repay the $840 fee in the near future and not move the dogs location.
