Detroit police officer and consultant shares tips for local officers

Albany police started a three-day seminar on violence prevention, leadership and ethics Tuesday with the help of a consultant who also works with the Detroit Police Department.

Harold Rochon has worked for Target Group, a violence prevention consulting agency since 1998. Rochon will spend the next two days with Albany police officers working on anything from gang training to leadership and ethics within the department.
