Several children came out Saturday to search for over 2,000 Easter eggs
Several children and their parents "hopped" down to Tift Park Saturday to hunt for Easter eggs.
It was part of the annual Easter Eggstravaganza. The Albany Recreation and Parks Department held the event that had many searching high and low for those brightly-colored eggs. There were 2,000 eggs total stashed all over the park.
There were also arts, crafts and games, and even an appearance by the Easter bunny!
