An Albany church is planning a trip to Haiti to help in the aftermath of Tuesday’s earthquake.

Bishop Victor Powell with Rhema Word International Ministries says they are organizing a trip to Haiti in early February. He says they are working on getting private planes to fly doctors, volunteers, and supplies to Port-au-Prince. They are holding a meeting Tuesday night for anyone interested in going to Haiti or donating money to support the trip.

The meeting will be held at 610 W. Oglethorpe Blvd. Tuesday at 5 p.m.
