An Albany woman is indicted for leaving a child with a convicted sex offender who allegedly molested the child.
District Attorney Greg Edwards says a grand jury indicted Callie Howard on a reckless conduct charge and she was arrested Wednesday. Edwards says Howard knowingly left her 5-year-old relative with Loyce Harris, a convicted sex offender. Harris has been charged with molesting the girl.
Harris is being held at the Dougherty County Jail.
