Alice Coachman Elementary School celebrated being one of 314 schools in the nation to receive the National Blue Ribbon Award

The award honors schools that are either academically superior or have made dramatic gains in student achievement.

School officials say they couldn’t have done it without the full commitment from faculty, staff, students, their parents, and community supporters.
