A woman is killed in Albany

Albany police are investigating a homicide.
Police responded to a call just after six this evening at 600 Sands Drive apartment 403. Spokesperson Phyllis Banks Whitley says family members found a 45-year-old black female dead inside the apartment. Police are still investigating.
