Happy Birthday Mary Taylor
The SOWEGA Council on Aging helped a Leesburg woman to celebrate her birthday today.
The office on Pine Avenue held a 100th birthday celebration for longtime volunteer Mary Taylor. Taylor says she attributes her longevity to living a good and healthy life and having a good family. Taylor also says she doesn't feel old and that helps.
“I don't realize I’m old, that's the bad part. I think I’m still young but I’m not. I found that out this morning when I got up I started to go back under the bed,” said Taylor.
Taylor says being a good person will get you a long way.
