Demoted Albany firefighter Roderick Jolivette's day in court has been postponed.
The District Attorney's office in Harris County says due to the high volume of cases Jolivette's trial has been continued to the spring term. Jolivette has pleaded not guilty to speeding and impersonating a police officer - which is a felony. Jolivette was pulled over in Chattahoochee County and allegedly told deputies he worked for the Dougherty County Sheriff's Office in order to get out of a ticket.
