City officials are pleased about how well 311 is doing.

The non-emergency call center opened in September. Incoming calls as well as hits to the web site have more than doubled in just the past month.

“And that's just what we're hoping to see. We're up to roughly 18,000 callers or hits a year total and of course we'd like to see that probably, at least double that,” Said Assistant City Manager, Wes Smith.

They say the most common questions are those relating to the court system, followed by code enforcement and public works inquiries.
