Cutliff Grove says "they'll find funding"

The Albany City Commission met this morning to discuss and authorize City Manager Al Lott to negotiate a subordination agreement with Cutliff Family Resource Center Inc.

The agreement would hold the city as a second on a $1.3 million loan for a Cutliff Grove housing project on West Broad Avenue.  City Commissioner Tommy Postell motioned for the resolution to pass but it died for a lack of a second motion.

Cutliff Grove says they will continue to look for funding elsewhere.
