Dougherty County School Police say they’ve searched the van of 36-year-old Kenneth Kellam.

Kellam was arrested after he was allegedly found lurking outside Palmyra Medical Center trying to talk to young boys while they walked home from school. Police say Kellam has multiple charges including attempted child molestation.  Kellam is a convicted sex offender in Florida and failed to register when he moved to Georgia.
