APD says victim will be cited for not maintaining a lane
A scary scene took place late this afternoon just a couple of blocks away from the FOX 31 studios.
Albany police responded to a car accident at the 1900 block of Stuart Avenue shortly after 4 o’clock. Police say 20-year-old Amber Bennett’s swerved her Nissan off the road, through a lawn, striking a tree and mailbox, and ended up crashing into some guy wires.
Bennett suffered cuts and lacerations. APD says Bennett will be cited for not maintaining a lane.
