The second of four people wanted in the Don Buie investigation has surrendered to police.
Nicole Brown surrendered to authorities Thursday night. Brown is said to have had a personal relationship with former Downtown Manager Don Buie. She is one of four people listed in a 17 count indictment involving the alleged mismanagement of city funds. Brown was wanted on charges of theft by taking and conspiracy to defraud a public subdivision.
