Man gets gun pointed in his face while driving

Another aggravated assault has been reported in Albany.

Police say Cory Berry was driving down the 2800 block of Palmyra Road when a black man cut him off.  Police say the man then pointed a gun at Berry and asked if he had a problem. Berry pulled over in the parking lot of Video Warehouse to report the incident.

Police say the vehicle is a silver Dodge Avenger with the tag number 938 AKK.
