Willie Ross says his store will bring the community together and reduce crime

An East Albany man hopes his business venture will help to turn his community around.

Willie Ross grew up in East Albany, not far from Clark Avenue, and wants to give back to his neighborhood by opening up a store that he says will help bring the community closer together and reduce crime. The name of his store will be "It's About Time". Neighbors say the area is full of crime, from shootings, to burglaries to drug and gang activity.

The store will have extra special meaning for Ross as he plans to dedicate it to his father.
