ALBANY,GA. -- An autopsy and further investigation into the death of 3-year-old Shondarius Roney conclude the child was murdered.  The Dougherty County District Attorney's office is accusing the 18-year-old who was babysitting as having intentionally caused the child's death.

Assistant DA Greg Edwards says, “The state has returned charges against Vincent Soilberry. Those charges include aggravated assault, aggravated battery, cruelty to a child in the first degree and felony murder.”

The arrest warrants allege that Soilberry hit the child with his fists causing rib fractures and a ruptured liver.
