ALBANY, GA. --

If you plan on casting your ballot early this year, this week is your last chance.

So far a little more than 10,000 people in Dougherty County have participated in early voting.

Elections officials say six forms of identification will be accepted, including a driver's license, passport, or a state issued I.D.

The last day for early voting is this Friday at one of two locations open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

“We have the 125 Pine Avenue address which is the Riverfront Resource Center and you have the 222 Pine Avenue which is the Government Center and we're located on the second floor in room 220,” says Ginger Nickerson, Dougherty County Elections Supervisor.

If you don't vote early, Election Day is Tuesday November 6th.
