The Albany Police Department is asking for your help in locating 30-year-old Carlton Harris, Jr. and 47-year-old Dexter Tyrone Shavers. Harris is wanted on kidnapping and cruelty to a child charges, Shavers is wanted for questioning in the death of 40-year-old Flora Hoskins.
