Rain has local officials on alert

Officials say that any time we get that much water, there is a chance of flooding in low lying areas. Areas in East Albany around Moultrie Road, County Line Road, and Radial Avenue tend to flood first so residents in those areas should beware and take precautions.  / Sean Streicher

Updated with video; Albany Fire Department Chief James Carswell said announced at a morning meeting that the National Weather Service is expecting our area to get between five and eleven inches of rain.
