Deputies with the Colquitt County Sheriff’s Department arrest two men for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl from Moultrie who had run away from home. 30-year-old Torronza McNeal is charged with rape, aggravated assault, and false imprisonment. 40-year-old Calvin Harrison is charged with rape.
