(AP) -- A 3.2 magnitude earthquake shook a small middle Georgia town on Sunday night, prompting dozens of calls from rattled residents.

Washington County Emergency Management Director Russell Riner says there were no injuries or damage in the quake, which occurred near Deepstep, a town about 95 miles outside of Atlanta.  About 130 people live in the town.

Reports of a loud noise came in at around 7:30 p.m. About an hour later, the U.S. Geological Survey reported the quake about three miles west of the town.
