Albany store owner facing several charges

Cops have arrested an Albany store owner after finding what they say are illegal items in his convenient store at 701 North Jefferson.
35 year old Mike Patel, owner of the "Downtown Eatery and More" was arrested after cops were tipped off about some illegal activity going on inside. Police obtained a search warrant and found a stolen gun and some drug paraphernalia.
Patel has been charged with theft by receiving stolen property and additional charges are pending.
