A Lee County Grand Jury indicted Barbara Ann Fuller on Monday.  Fuller and her husband Earl Fuller, have never been charged charged with criminal wrongdoing in the february death of 4-month-old Jace Michael Hester.  The little boy died at Fuller's in-home daycare center on Dunaway Drive.  The GBI ruled that the boy's death was undetermined, but a state inspection of the daycare center revealed at least 16 rule violations.
