ALBANY,GA. -- The Economic Development Commission met Wednesday to discuss the amount of industrial properties Albany has to offer.
A total of three industrial parks, five buildings, and six land sites were shown to the commission that is available for purchase by industrial business. One of the main attractions of these areas are they vary in size and commodities which makes moving a business to Albany much more likely.
Andrea Schruijer of the EDC says, “It gives people a choice and as long as we have different sites that match different people and their different needs or industries and their needs then it helps us be more marketable.”
