ALBANY, GA --

The 2012 T.E.A.M.’s community outreach “One Stop Shop” was held Saturday at Carver Park, in Albany.

Various organizations were on hand to inform the public about services available to them in Albany. Education, personal and financial development, and health care were just a few of the services that were discussed.

In the TEAM outreach, it's just a vast amount of different organizations and groups of people coming together that really care about our community”, said T.E.A.M. Outreach founder, Gwendolyn Hope.

Free food and clothes from TEAM’s clothing bank were also given away to attendees.
