ALBANY, GA. --

AT&T cell phone carriers are getting an early Christmas gift from the company.

The company is strengthening its cell phone coverage in four southwest Georgia areas.

The company has installed and activated new cell sites in Hahira, Valdosta, Nashville and Ray City.

This expansion is expected to enhance network coverage for people living in those areas.

“This is a part of our continuing investment to make it easier for our customers. These customers in these four cities will see that their mobile service is faster and easier to connect and they’ll stay connected longer,” said Catherine Stengel, AT&T Senior Public Relations Consultant.
