Wednesday, March 02, 2011  The Albany Dougherty Inner City Authority discussed the Oglethorpe Crossing project and how they will payback TAD money in the future.

Thursday, February 24, 2011  The Tax Allocation Committee is moving forward with the Oglethorpe Crossing project. The project is seen as a "shot in the arm" for the area to not only bring money but also life back to downtown Albany.

Friday, January 21, 2011  A subcommittee for the Tax Allocation District (TAD) reviewed the idea for the Oglethorpe Crossing shopping plaza at their meeting on Thursday.

Wednesday, November 10, 2010  The Tax Allocation District will take tax increments from an area's new growth and use them to grow more business in downtown Albany.

Monday, October 12, 2009  The board voted unanimously to approve the TAD at Monday night's meeting, and now they will work out the details of the contract.
