Albany City Manager Al Lott says he personally told Downtown Manager Don Buie on Thursday that he’s not to spend any ADICA funds without the approval of the ADICA board. Buie is also not to spend any city funds and was forced to turn in his city credit card. Lott also required Buie to provide all ADICA financial documentation dating back to November 2007.
