Wednesday, April 10, 2013  The Albany Dougherty Inner City Authority will begin accepting sealed bids for the Albany Skate Park property and also figured out a pricing plan for the newly created Art Park on Pine Avenue during their meeting on Wednesday.

Wednesday, March 20, 2013  A representative from Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. approached the Albany Dougherty Inner City Authority with an offer to rent the vacated skate park building for $5.00.
