Friday, August 20, 2010 Cordele police say 17-year-old Kenyattos Jackson shot 16-year-old Douglas Lloyd. Detectives say Lloyd, who was struck in the shoulder by a bullet that also hit his spine and left him paralyzed, was not the intended target.
