Updated with video; The SOWEGA Council on Aging has recently learned that due to results from the Census they will be facing a $350,000 budget cut. But the cuts don't stop there; due to the Sequester they could be facing another 5% budget cut in July.

Southwest Georgians gathered downtown at the SOWEGA Council on Aging Center to give input for the Division of Aging Services (DAS) 2010 State Plan. Items discussed at the forum will be considered when making up the State Plan.
