Friday, October 29, 2010  Marcus Girard grew up in a high risk environment in Brooklyn, New York- where he lost many of his friends to drugs, gangs, and violence. Girard decided to make a difference and developed a company called Youth and Adult Intervention Services.

Thursday, October 28, 2010  Keeping drugs out of schools and out of the hands of children was the topic of Thursday’s Gang Task Force meeting at the Albany Government Center.

Wednesday, October 27, 2010  Red Ribbon week continues at Albany Middle School. The students decorate trees downtown with red ribbons and design posters to demonstrate their commitment to staying drug free.
