Wednesday, February 02, 2011  The Board of Directors of Phoebe Putney Hospital held its monthly meeting today. Board members received updates on finances, staffing, and Phoebe’s two major projects currently underway – the construction of Phoebe Sumter in Americus and the controversial acquisition of Palmyra Hospital.

Friday, January 21, 2011  Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital has issued a statement saying a total of 22 employees at Palmyra Medical Center will not be eligible for employment when Phoebe completes its takeover of Palmyra.
