    Monday, January 09, 2012  Beginning Monday, January 9, 2012, Hall Street, on the west side of the Dougherty County Judicial Building located at 225 Pine Avenue will be closed to traffic from Pine Avenue Alley north to Flint Avenue for approximately 120 days.
