Wednesday, January 25, 2012  Updated with video; Wednesday evening around 7:30 P.M., the owner of Cat's Cuts, Franklin Thomas, 37, was preparing to close his shop when the suspect walked in the business. The victim told the suspect he was closing. At that point, the suspect pulled out a weapon and shot the victim in the left shoulder then fled the scene. The victim was able to get to a phone to call for help. He was transported to the hospital for treatment.
