Thursday, November 04, 2010  The Albany police are continuing their investigation into the death of Frankie Carr and need the public's health findind a person of interest.

Saturday, October 30, 2010  30-year-old Gregory Spann was arrested late Friday night; he's charged with felony murder and aggravated assault. Police found Carr lying on the ground in a vacant lot near the corner of East Broad and Church Street at about 2 a.m. Friday.

Friday, October 29, 2010  Around 2:00 Friday morning, Albany police responded to a 911 call and found 54-year-old Frankie Carr lying on the pavement in this vacant lot.
