    Thursday, January 31, 2013  On January 29, 2013, a Fulton County Grand Jury returned indictments against Kimberly Banks (a/k/a Kimberly Conley), Monique Bussey, Melissa Helm, Brittany Banks and Shaneka Richards for their role in a conspiracy to steal money through the use of fraudulent state tax returns.
