Oriental Barbecue Wings

Oriental BBQ Wings

Ingredients
1 - 5 lbs bag of disjointed wings
1 - Cup of water
1 - Teaspoon each of five spice, onion & garlic powder
1 - 8-16oz jar of Hoisin sauce
1 - 8-16oz jar of Duck sauce
1 - Large bottle of vegetable cooking oil
1 - 16 Oz bottle of Soy sauce
1 - Bunch of scallion/green onions for garnish

Directions
Heat cooking oil in skillet or deep fryer to 350 degrees. Prepare & wash bag of wings. Place in large bowl, pour soy sauce over & 1 teaspoon of five spice powder plus 1 cup of water. Let stand in bowl marinating overnight or for at least 1 hour. Drain & pat dry with paper towel. Slowly drop each wing into cooking oil; the wings will turn brown. Fry each batch until they are crisp; sprinkle with onion & garlic powder. Pour all of hoisin & duck sauce in bowl mix. Combine evenly then drizzle all over fried wings! Enjoy!
