Police announce they have made several arrests in the Brick City murder.

In his update to the City Commission, Albany Police Chief John Proctor addressed the case. Sunday February 14th, someone fatally shot 20-year-old Lasheldon Stanford at the 1708 Schilling Avenue business. Numerous persons of interest were taken in for questioning.

“We have made a number of arrests connected to that case, we have seen strong leads that I feel very good about that are pointing at who may have committed that,” said Proctor.

The City has since revoked Brick City's business license.

The case is still active.
